How can I use the Bono Cultural?
1. Enter the festival purchase portal.
2. Select the type of season ticket you want and click on Continue.
3. Important, do not include accessories, these can NOT be paid with Bono Cultural. Once you have completed the purchase of the season ticket, you will be able to buy them and add them to your season ticket using traditional payment methods.
4. Click on Continue and you will be taken to the page to fill in the buyer’s information. Fill in the requested information and select “Pay by card”.
5. Accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. Click Continue.
6. Enter your Bono Cultural data in the different fields of the payment gateway.
7. You will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your purchase. In case you do not want to include any complements, you will have completed the purchase process.
8. If you want to include any add-ons, click on “Manage my ticket”, and you will access the portal to include them.
9. Click on “Change add-ons”, include the add-ons you want and you will be able to pay for them with the traditional payment methods.
What information is required to purchase the subscriptions?
During the purchase process, the buyer’s name, surname and email address will be requested in order to complete the process. Once the purchase is finalized, it will be mandatory to personalize the season tickets with the data of each attendee in order to be able to download the season tickets.
Money-back guarantee
During the purchase process you will be able to purchase the 5€ money back guarantee with which you guarantee the refund of the ticket price in case you are unable to attend the festival for any of the reasons indicated in the guarantee.
Authorization of minors
Minors may only enter the concert venue with a day ticket.
Minors under 9 years of age: Free access with parent/guardian + authorization.
Minors between 14 and 15 years of age: They may enter unaccompanied, but must present a signed authorization from parent/guardian.
Minors between 16 and 17 years of age: They may enter without accompaniment or authorization, provided they can prove their age with a valid identity document (ID card, passport, etc.).
Nominative tickets
All Arenal Sound season tickets are nominative and will be checked that the data of the attendee’s ID match those of the wristband, denying access to the festival otherwise.
To download the season ticket it will be necessary to have made the nomination of the same, otherwise it will not be possible to obtain the ticket that will allow access to the concert venue.
The first nomination of your season tickets is free. In case you want to change the name, this will have a cost of 20€.

Shipping of Bracelets
This year we don’t want you to wait in line to pick up your wristband so we will ship all festival wristbands to the address or pick up point you specify.
Once you nominate your season tickets, you must fill in here the shipping address where you will receive all the wristbands you have purchased in the same purchase process.
When the wristband shipments begin to be made, you will receive your tracking link from TIPSA.
Activate your bracelet
The wristbands arrive deactivated and without being associated to any subscription. You must follow the following process to activate them:
STEPS TO FOLLOW
1 – Scan with your cell phone the QR code of a wristband.
2 – Click on the button Activate wristband.
3 – Enter the code of your season ticket (you can find it on the season ticket).
4 – Wear the wristband the day of the festival.
Bring your ID to the festival, it will be checked at the access to the site that the bearer of the wristband is the holder of the season ticket.
Cashless technology
The Arenal Sound wristbands have a cashless technology, an electronic payment system by which you can add money to the chip that comes in the wristband to make all payments -that are allowed- of the festival with your wristband without having to go through the ticket booth. In addition, you can make online recharges before entering the festival to avoid queues through the official website (using the code on the ticket) and you can also make online recharges when you are inside the festival through the official website (as long as the coverage allows it) using the code that appears behind the chip on the wristband.
Wristband payments
All payments for the festival will be made through the cashless wristband, so drinks, food and any other service will be paid through this method.
Linking the bracelet
To link your wristband to your cashless account, just scan the QR code on the wristband and you will be able to recharge money and check your balance as often as you want.
Recharge of services on the wristband
When you purchase any of the services for sale, you must enter the code of your wristband and that way they will be charged directly to the wristband when you activate it.
Return of the remaining balance of the bracelet
After the end of the festival you can request the refund of the remaining balance left on your wristband from Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 00:00h until 23:59h on Friday, September 4, 2026. The refund can be requested through the festival’s official website free of charge. The free balance of the ”promo recharge” is not refundable.
