Wristband payments

Return of the remaining balance of the bracelet
Yes, after the end of the festival you will be able to request the refund of the remaining amount of your wristband from Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 00:00h until 23:59h on Friday, September 4, 2026. The refund can be requested through the festival’s official website free of charge. The free balance of the “promo recharge” is not refundable.
