Wristbands are shipped until the week before the festival. When your order is shipped you will receive an email from TIPSA (we recommend checking spam just in case). In case of incident with your shipment or if you do not request the shipment, you can go to “Accreditations” (entrance of the venue) and ask for yours showing your ID and your season ticket. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

The wristbands will arrive deactivated and you will have to follow the following process to activate them:

  1. Scan the QR code of a wristband with your cell phone.<\/li>
  2. Click on the Activate Wristband button.<\/li>
  3. Enter the code of your subscription (you can find it in the subscription).<\/li>
  4. Wear the wristband on the day of the festival.<\/li>
