Doubts about minors
From 0 to <14 years old: They can access with parent/guardian + authorization.
Between 14 and <16 years old: They can access without accompaniment, but it will be necessary to present an authorization signed by parent/guardian.
Between 16 and <18 years old: They can access without accompaniment or authorization, as long as they can prove their age with a valid identity document (ID card, passport, etc.)
*Only children under 9 years old have free access to the festival.
Questions about food and beverages
Food is allowed as long as it is in individual format such as a piece of fruit or a sealed snack and water bottles of 0.50 cl without cap. In the case of food intolerances or allergens, the attendee may enter with individual food showing the corresponding medical certificate. The site has a free drinking water point and all bars have gluten-free beer and non-alcoholic beer while stocks last.
Info Point / Lost and Found
The site has an information and customer service booth where lost objects can also be deposited and collected. Once the festival is over, all these objects will be handed over to the national police.
Violet Dot / Rainbow
The concert venue has a purple/rainbow point with the aim of preventing and acting against sexist aggressions and aggressions against the LGTBIQ+ collective.
Dangerous Objects
It is forbidden to enter the premises with sharp, glass, metallic, throwing, flammable or blunt objects. Aerosols are also not allowed, since they are flammable objects. At the entrance there will be a security check for everyone’s safety. We ask for your maximum collaboration. Access will be allowed with creams in plastic jars and folding umbrellas.
Bathrooms
There will be chemical toilets distributed throughout the concert venue. Remember that we will all use them, so try to leave the service as you would like to find it.
